Description

With over 200 feet of elevation change, you won't find many properties like this. From around 1050 feet down along the live creek, up to 1250 feet at the top of the hill. This is one of the highest points in Montague County. The property is about 60-70% wooded, with openings scattered throughout. There is a good well on the property that is ran from a solar panel. There is also a camper and tractor with mower that will stay with the property. Lots of wildlife. Deer, hogs, turkey, and a variety of small animals. Directions

Centrally located between US 287 and US 82, go to the quaint town of Forestburg. From Forestburg, go north on FM 677 for about 100 yards to Dye Mound Road on the west side. Go about 5 miles to Holland Rd. Entrance to the property will be at the bottom of the hill. Sign on gate.
