About David Le

About David Le David Le was born in Vietnam and moved to the United States in 1992. He earned his degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas, where his passion for technology helped launch his early career. While still in college, David was recruited by IBM in 1996 as a programmer. He quickly stood out for his hard work and dedication, earning Employee of the Year recognition for two consecutive years. He later took on a new challenge as a Systems Engineer at Nortel Networks, continuing to build his technical and problem-solving skills. After several successful years in the tech industry, David decided to follow his entrepreneurial spirit and make a career shift into real estate. In 2003, he earned his broker license and founded Citiwide Properties Corp. in Richardson, Texas. In the early days of building the company, David focused on learning everything he could about leadership, management, and new technologies. His down-to-earth personality and hands-on approach helped him earn the trust of both clients and agents. He’s known for being approachable, hardworking, and someone who knows how to get deals done. Today, under David’s leadership, Citiwide Properties Corp. has grown to more than 200 agents across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. He continues to stay actively involved in the business, always looking for ways to improve, innovate, and support his team. David takes pride in creating opportunities for others to succeed, and his leadership style continues to shape a strong, growing real estate community.
